I just wanted to give props to all of the Express employees who helped me yesterday at the location in the West Towne Mall in Madison, WI, as well as the woman on the customer service helpline.
I went into the store and without being asked two women helped find sizes for my son so we could purchase a tuxedo online for him to wear to prom. They were knowledgeable, professional and spent at least 45 minutes with us. I could not have done it without them!
When I discovered that the tuxedo did not have an expedited shipping option, I called customer service and they gave me free 2 day shipping for being a loyal customer. I have had their credit card since 1994 and I am always impressed with the quality of the clothes and the customer service. I wish I could remember their names because all three women deserve major kudos.
Thank you for saving the day so my son could look amazing at his prom!

I recently ordered a pair of jeans from Express. The shopping experience on the website was easy. Very user friendly. Shipping was slightly delayed, but not bad. I ordered these jeans the same time I ordered another pair from Forever21. My forever21 order arrived a few days before my Express order, but take into account this was during an almost nation wide snow storm, so it wasn't normal shipping conditions. I am overall very pleased with this website and would recommend it.

Happy with my order. Love my new sweater- it looks exactly as on the picture and the quality is even better than I expected.
It took a while before my order was finally shipped but it arrived fairly quickly.
I’m surprised that some reviewers are saying that there are no customer support... when I called, I was immediately connected with the rep and all my questions was answered.

I bought some staffs with amazing service, RYAN has given me, best cashier ever seen since ever. Thanks Ryan!

Recently Express has become one of my go too online clothing shops, BUT it is important for me to say I only shop when there’s a good sale because I would NEVER pay full price. way too expensive.

I have an online order. I am very unsatisfied with the way it was delivered to me.
I been shopping with express for past few years and I never had this kind of issue.
